Mark changes. Transitions. Make meaning.
Rituals and ceremonies make meaning. Through ritual, we celebrate and commemorate our important life transitions. Marriage, birth, adoption, bar and bat mitzvah, and bereavement, can be key moments in being Jewish. As can graduation from college, divorce, retirement, relocation, empty nesting, and becoming a grandparent.
As women, rituals and celebrations are bound up with intimately with changes in our bodies. The onset of puberty, birthing, miscarriage, menopause, and for some, the challenge of infertility.
I have a strong background and experience in coaching and counseling women and families through Jewish life cycle events and transitions of all kinds. Together, we will gain a deep understanding of how Jewish rituals give meaning to important times and turning-points in your journey.
I am here to honor and to support you in creating your own rituals for these key passages in your life.
Share a ritual or ceremony of yours here, or ask me about an event or life passage you would like to mark through ritual.
